Göran Härstedt and Torsten Jansson establish a company for joint investments

Göran Härstedt, coming partner in the law firm Lindahl and board member in New Wave Group AB (publ) among other companies, and Torsten Jansson, CEO and main owner of New Wave Group AB (publ), have, through companies, established a joint company, Härstedt & Jansson Invest AB, in order to invest in various companies and projects. Göran Härstedt and Torsten Jansson have also in the past made some joint investments, whereas the largest single investment was in JC AB in 2004.

"We want to go into companies on a long-term basis which now is having an attractive valuation and having a high potential when the general economic situation turns around," says Göran Härstedt. "With Torsten's entrepreneurial spirit and our collective business expertise and my administrative and legal knowledge, we will be a good investment team," Göran Härstedt continues .
