Orrefors Kosta Boda AB transfer property to a related person

 

Orrefors Kosta Boda AB, which is concluded in the New Wave Group of companies, has today decided to sell and transfer a part of the property Lessebo Kosta 13:13 (Kosta Mansion) to Torsten Jansson, who is the main owner and chairman of the board in New Wave Group AB (publ) and CEO, pro tem., in Orrefors Kosta Boda AB. The purchase sum is determined to 2,7 MSEK and is based on a valuation completed by an independent external valuator.
