  • 1991 - New Wave Group is established in the Swedish and Norwegian promo markets.
  • 1994 - Establishment in Finland and Italy through acquisitions.
  • 1996 - Establishment in the retail market through acquisition of Craft of Scandinavia.
  • 1997 - Establishment in Denmark, Spain and Germany. New Wave Group is introduced on the Swedish stock exchange.
  • 1998 - Acquisition of promowear company Hefa.
  • 1999 - Establishement in The Netherlands and England.
  • 2000 - Establishment in France. Acquisition of promowear company Texet.
  • 2001 - Acquisition of gift company Sagaform and knitted hats and socks manufacturer Seger.
  • 2002 - Acquisition of DJ Frantextil, X-Tend and Toppoint.
  • 2003 - Establishement in China and Switzerland. Establishment of workwear brand ProJob.
  • 2004 - Acquisition of pomowear brand D.A.D Sportswear and workwear brand Jobman.
  • 2005 - Establishment in Ireland, Wales and Russia. Acquisition of Danish Dahetra, the Orrefors Kosta Boda group and Dutch Intraco.
  • 2006 - Major investments in Orrefors Kosta Boda.
  • 2007 - Acquisition of American golf brand Cutter & Buck.
  • 2008 - Introduction of promowear brands Clique and New Wave in the U.S. market. Establishment of New Wave Sports AB with a newly built distribution centre in Ulricehamn.
  • 2009 - Grand opening of Kosta Boda Art Hotel. Introduction of Cutter & Buck in the European market.
  • 2010 - Establishment of Linnéa Art Restaurant in Gothenburg. Establishment of a new Cutter & Buck distribution centre in Kentucky, USA.
  • 2011 - Acquisition of American golf brand AHEAD and Canadian glove manufacturer Paris Glove.
  • 2012 - Measures taken to convert Orrefors Kosta Boda into a design and market driven company.
  • 2013 - Acquisition of Craft distribution in North America.
  • 2014 - Launcing J.Harvest & Frost in nordic countries and Clique Basic in Europe and North America.
  • 2015 - Launcing Cottover, eco-labelled and sustainability produced promowear.
  • 2016 - New Wave Group exceeds over SEK 5000 million in sales.
  • 2017 - Launching Craft Teamwear and establishing a new distribution center in Toronto, Canada.
  • 2018 - The Group exceeds over SEK 6,000 million in sales
  • 2019 - Investments to improve service level and expanded product assortment, acquisition of On Interiör.
  • 2020 - Covid-19 resulted in lower demand and lower net sales, but operating results improved
  • 2021 - Operating result exceeds SEK 1,000 million
  • 2022 - Acquisition of B.T.C. Activewear Ltd.
