Ultimately, the purpose of corporate governance is to satisfy to the greatest extent the shareholders' demands for return on their investments and to give all stakeholders comprehensive, accurate information about the company.

Companies listed on the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm with a market value exceeding SEK 3 billion are obliged to apply the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance.
